We ship Australia-wide for free with Australia Post.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order within Australia. No minimum spend.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day.

If something is delayed, we'll email you rather than leave you wondering.

Delivery times

Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery usually takes two to five business days to metro areas and longer to regional and remote addresses.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control, though we'll help you chase anything that's gone astray.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't seen it, check your junk folder before getting in touch.

We currently ship within Australia and most international destinations

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of a reshipment where an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete.

If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us immediately at support@homelandtactical.com.au. If we haven't packed it yet, we can usually fix it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't turned up or has arrived damaged, get in touch with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Local pickup

Our workshop is at 2a/26 Burgess Road, Bayswater North VIC 3153. Pickup and visits are by appointment only. Email us if you'd like to arrange it.
